Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return/exchange, once your request has been submitted, you’ll have 2 weeks to get your item(s) shipped back to us. Returns are accepted if the item is unused and in the same condition as you received it in.  KettleHouse will reimburse the customer for the item once it is received and reviewed. KettleHouse will provide a return label at no cost and will deduct the initial shipping charge from the total reimbursed. For any return inquiries, please email info@kettlehouse.com.
