As KettleHouse continues to grow, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager would be working at our new state-of-the-art production and packaging facility located on the banks of the Blackfoot River in Bonner but would occasionally travel to our two Missoula taprooms as well.
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Office Manager will provide strategic administrative support to the owners, the Operations Manager, and other senior level roles within the company.
*Manage QuickBooks, A/P, and A/R for all company accounts including, but not limited to, preparing invoices, reports, payroll journal entry, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, financial, or presentation software.
*Effectively communicate with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
*Manage and support all permitting and licensing required for company operations.
*Attend meetings to record minutes.
*Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
*Research and complete a variety of projects as assigned.
*Provide supervision to the Administrative department.
*Effective independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified, project-oriented workload.
*Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Office programs, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
*Experience with QuickBooks, preferably with managing multiple companies.
*Knowledge of business principles involved in small business, and coordination of people and resources.
*A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience that includes secretarial, administrative, or executive assistant work. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
*Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
